Service Description

Growthciety provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services for businesses. Service details, pricing, and scope are outlined on our website and in your signed service agreement, which takes precedence in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Demo and Payment

We offer a free website demo prior to any payment. You are under no obligation to pay until you have reviewed and approved your demo. Once payment is received we will proceed with finalizing and launching your website. All payments are processed securely through Square or Stripe.

Hosting and Maintenance

Monthly hosting and maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time with written notice. Upon cancellation your site will remain live through the end of your current billing period. After cancellation you will receive your website files and domain transfer instructions within 5 business days.

Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment for your website build you own your website and its content. Growthciety retains the right to display your completed site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information needed to complete your website and to respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by lack of client response may affect delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Growthciety is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
